These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the website at customcover.net.au and any purchases you make through it. By browsing the site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.
This website is operated by Caruso Consulting Co Ltd, Suite 307 Norwest Central, 12 Century Circuit, Norwest NSW 2153, Australia. Custom Cover Company is a trading division of Caruso Consulting Co Ltd.

You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order on this website. If you are under 18, you may only use the site and make purchases with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not use the site to transmit any harmful, offensive, or fraudulent content, or to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our systems.
When using our website or placing an order, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your contact details, delivery address, and the product measurements you submit. We rely on the information you provide to manufacture your order correctly.
All products sold by Custom Cover Company are manufactured to the specific measurements provided by you at the time of ordering. Because each cover is made individually to your specifications, our products are custom-made goods and are treated accordingly under these terms.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the measurements you submit. We strongly recommend measuring your furniture carefully and following the measurement guides provided on our website before completing your order. Incorrect measurements submitted by you are not grounds for a refund or free remake.
Before we begin manufacturing your order, we will review the measurements you have submitted. If anything appears unusual or unclear, we may contact you to confirm the details. Production will not begin until we are satisfied the measurements are ready to proceed.
Once production has commenced on your order, we are unable to accept cancellations or changes. If you need to cancel or amend your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it. We will do our best to accommodate requests made before production begins, but we cannot guarantee this in all cases.
Custom-made textile products are subject to minor variations in final dimensions. A tolerance of plus or minus 1 to 2 centimetres from the measurements you provided is considered acceptable and is not a manufacturing defect. If you require a precise fit, please account for this when submitting your measurements.
All prices displayed on this website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include Goods and Services Tax (GST) where applicable. We are registered for GST in Australia.
We reserve the right to change our prices at any time without prior notice. However, the price applicable to your order is the price confirmed at the time you complete your purchase. Price changes made after your order is placed will not affect your order.
The price displayed on product pages is a starting "from" price based on a minimum size. Your final price will be calculated based on the specific measurements you submit. The final price will be shown to you clearly before you confirm your order and proceed to payment.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards. We do not store your card details on our servers. All payment information is handled directly by Stripe in accordance with their security standards.
Your order is not confirmed until payment has been successfully processed. You will receive an order confirmation by email once payment is complete. If payment is declined or incomplete, no order will be created and no production will begin.

These timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Production times may vary during busy periods, public holidays, or due to circumstances outside our control. We will notify you if there is a significant delay to your order.
We deliver Australia-wide via tracked courier services. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your delivery.
Risk of loss or damage to your order passes to you upon dispatch from our facility. Once your order has been handed to the courier, we are not responsible for delays, damage, or loss caused by the courier. If your parcel is lost or damaged in transit, please contact the courier directly using your tracking information. We will assist where we reasonably can, but we cannot accept liability for courier performance after dispatch.
Because all of our products are custom-made to your specifications, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind. This is consistent with the exclusion available under the Australian Consumer Law for goods made to a consumer's specifications.
If your cover arrives with a genuine manufacturing defect, we will either remake the product or provide a full refund at no cost to you. A manufacturing defect means a fault arising from our production process, not from incorrect measurements submitted by you or from damage occurring after delivery.
To report a defect or issue with your order, please email us at theteam@customersupport.care within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs showing the defect. We will assess your claim and respond as soon as possible.
Our covers are warranted against premature fading and significant loss of waterproofing under normal outdoor use and care conditions. If your cover fails in these ways within a reasonable period of normal use, please contact us and we will assess the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian law, including that goods are of acceptable quality. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence. Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude or restrict any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, and the federal courts of Australia where applicable.
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our business, products, or legal obligations. When we make changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
